Fly Fishing for Beginners
Learn
to fly fish with Linda Good & Mary Johnson. In this class you will
receive the essential basics of the sport of fly fishing. You will learn
casting techniques from instructors who have been taught by casters such
as Joan Wolf and Lefty Kreh. Basic identification of aquatic insects and
the flies which represent these insects will also be taught. Various methods
of fishing these flies effectively will also be presented. During this
class you will receive personal instruction from the instructors as well
as group instruction. This is a one day class with all materials and lunch
provided. Currently these classes are scheduled on the third Saturday
of the month from April thru August. Schedules are subject to change,

Fly Tying for Beginners
Learn
to tie flies with Ben Walters. In our trout flies beginner class you will
learn the basics needed for a solid foundation of successful fly tying.
You will learn about the tools, materials, and techniques used to tie
flies. In the class you will learn to tie caddis larvae, wooly buggers,
gold ribbed hares ear, pheasant tail, adams dry, prince nymph, comparadun
light cahill, parachute sulphur, elk hair caddis, and gold holographic
wet fly. All materials are provided in the cost of the class. For more
